To all the staff of Concord, thank you for relieving any concerns I may have had when they told me I was being transferred from the hospital to a rehab center. Not long after arriving I became aware of very dedicated professionals who made me feel better. I especially want to express thanks to all in rehab.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The entire staff could not be better. Thank you for all your help during my stay at Concord. I will miss everyone but I am so glad to be home. Concord was wonderful.
