That’s where Dr. Nirman Tulsyan, MD, FACS, RPVI, of Heritage Wound Care comes in.

A vascular surgeon and wound care specialist, Dr. Tulsyan brings nearly two decades of experience treating complex arterial and venous conditions, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and limb preservation. He completed his surgical training at Morristown Memorial Hospital and advanced fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic, one of the nation’s leading centers for vascular care.

He rounds at Concord weekly, applying a “vascular-minded” approach that looks beyond the wound itself to address the underlying causes of delayed healing. He works closely with our nursing and clinical staff to ensure that wound care plans are proactive, responsive, and tailored to each resident’s needs.
