I recently had a serious fall and fractured my pelvis. I was in lots of pain and could hardly walk with a walker. We chose Concord Rehab after discharge from the hospital. I had mixed feelings about spending time in a Rehab and came very reluctantly. Upon my arrival I was greeted by members of the Concord team: Bracha Erpst, Mr Kramer and Safer as well as Leah Cohen and Leah Schechter. They were so warm and welcoming and genuinely extended themselves to ensure that I was comfortable and receiving the best therapy possible. I’d like to express my gratitude and deep appreciation to all the therapists who literally stood by my side and got me back on my feet and walking: Sara, Jen, Tiffany and of course Leah!! May God bless you all!!❤️ In conclusion I must say that everyone including the staff were so friendly and helpful and I actually enjoyed my stay there!

I’ve got to say I was debating putting my mom in a rehab facility but I’m glad I made the decision and chose Concord. This facility is the best place I could’ve chosen for mom.
The staff are amazing, attentive and supportive. I walked in and couldn’t believe how clean this place is. Usually, you walk into a facility and it smells like dirty diapers. I was dreading putting mom in one of these places but I’m glad I picked Concord. My mom was 11 days in the hospital after surgery and had no physical therapy to help her gain strength, but at Concord not 24 hours in and they got her to walk, sit & exercise her arms. I’m so grateful for this place and highly recommend Concord for your loved ones. Even though I’m there for my mom morning, noon and night, just because I want to make sure she’s being cared for and I don’t want her to think I’ve forgotten her – this is the best place for a loved one in need of rehabilitation.
