My husband’s grandmother was a patient here until she passed away in November. I am very grateful to the nursing and therapy staff for taking excellent care of her. I am thankful for unit managers Lori & Michele for addressing any issue or concern I had about anything during her entire stay. Grandpa wanted to give a shout out to nurses Charles and Jacob for always being extra kind and helpful while taking care of her, and another thank you to Lori & Josephine for being by our side as she transitioned to heaven. I can’t thank you all enough for everything. Concord is truly filled with angels on Earth.

Don’t know what they’re doing at other rehab facilities today, but this is what we’re doing today at Concord. It’s a beautiful happy day here with residents and staff. There’s a lot of happiness going around and a whole lot more to give! ❤️

I live in the UK and my elderly aunt who lives in the USA required nursing care and rehabilitation. We were advised by friends of how great the care is at Concord I must admit they have surpassed my expectations. I do not know how I would have managed without the input and care given by Josephine. She is an asset to this care home. She has gone above and beyond in the help and care she has given to me and my aunt. Due to covid I have been unable to travel and Josephine has been my liaison with my aunt. She started as a contact but we see her more as family She shops for her in her own time and nothing I ask of her is too much trouble. I cannot fault the care my aunt gets.

I visited Mr. M today and got to meet a good number of your employees. I have nothing negative to say about them. They are all really nice.

I got to have some contact with the Supervisor who is a really lovely, kind, friendly and joyous lady. I have to compliment everyone I’ve met.

Thank you for taking good care of my father during his time in your facility. He was an intelligent but difficult man to please. I hope that none of your staff were offended by his racist and bigoted statements. He was a product of his life experiences. Thank you again.

We would like to thank the entire Concord staff for their kindness, efficiency, and respect shown for our Aunt. Thank you, too, for the fantastic care and warmth you show to our Mom  each day. It’s appreciated by Mom and myself.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the kindness and care shown to my parents. It was such a blessing that my Dad got to share his last few days next to my Mom. On the occasions when I would be feeling sad or crying, the great staff always comforted me and listened tome. I will always be grateful.

I recommend the Concord to anyone that needs it. I want to thank everyone there for being so kind me. I felt like royalty. The Nurses and Aides were very kind and courteous. Rehab was great, good people. I’m doing what I’m doing today because of them.

I’m Rich’s wife and I have to agree with him. The kind and caring staff you have are so much appreciated even by our family. Thank you for the respect and understanding shown to us as well. Thank you all!

I want to express my appreciation to your staff for the help and attention they gave me during my recent “sojourn” at your facility. Of course my recovery was due to the efforts of your therapy staff. I feel I met all of them including part-timers on weekends. Their attention and discipline probably made me fitter than I’ve been in years.

The usual sentiment is to hope to return but not in this case. As has been said I wouldn’t want to repeat it but I wouldn’t trade the experience for a fortune.
