Concord Rehab Welcomes Justine Samson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, as In-House Family Nurse Practitioner

Concord Rehab is proud to announce the addition of Justine Samson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, to its clinical team as an in-house Family Nurse Practitioner. This is an exciting milestone for Concord Rehab, reflecting our ongoing commitment to expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive care for our patients.

A Decade of Clinical Excellence

Justine brings more than ten years of hands-on nursing experience to her new role, having spent her career working in hospital and acute care environments with adult and geriatric populations. Her most recent position was in the Medical ICU and Cardiac Care Unit at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she honed her skills in some of the most demanding and complex care settings in the region. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience in telemetry units at RWJ Hamilton and JSUMC.

This depth of acute care experience positions Justine exceptionally well to provide thoughtful, responsive, and medically informed care to Concord Rehab’s patients.

Advanced Education & Certification

Justine earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University, with a specialization in Family practice. She holds board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She joined Vitality NP Services in January 2026, further deepening her commitment to delivering advanced primary and preventive care.

A Patient-Centered Approach

Known for her compassionate and evidence-based approach to care, Justine is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients and ensuring each individual receives attentive, personalized treatment. Her clinical philosophy centers on listening closely, treating thoughtfully, and empowering patients to take an active role in their own health and recovery.

Beyond the Office

Outside of her professional life, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their two dogs. She loves trips to the beach, as well as walks and bike rides – a reflection of the active, balanced lifestyle she encourages in her patients.
